Pray4safeschools began as a result of the 2018 Parkland High School shooting, where 17 were killed and 17 wounded.  P4SS began last school year as a free school day prayer text, praying for God’s peace, safety and protection.  In addition, the P4SS Day of Prayer e-Event on 9.18 is calling people to unite their city to pray for their own K-College schools!

P4SS is a natural response to protect our kids and schools from senseless violence. It is a proactive strategy that is not widely being discussed. It is an added resource to everything that is already being done to prevent school violence.
